Our tarps are made with a durable PVC (vinyl) fabric that has a cold crack resistance for our harsh Canadian winters, with a high tear and puncture resistance. Our material can be heat welded for repair. We offer a different weights of material from 13 oz to 28 oz depending on the application. We also have a fire rated fabric for the high temperature jobs. You have the option to have your company name stenciled on your tarp.
We offer a wide variety of colors, Below are some of the more common colors:
Lumber (High Load) Tarps (13/18 oz)
The 13 oz is light yet strong, we recommend it because it makes tarping quicker and easier, but some applications require 18 oz. The 13 oz is most commonly found on lumber or hay tarps. We sew rows of d-rings on for what your application may be so you have tie down points where you need on your load. The more rows the more universal the tarp.
Steel Tarps (18 oz)
The 18 oz has a heavier fabric weave that increases the puncture resistance. We would recommend using the 18 oz for rougher or lower loads. We sew rows of d-rings on for what your application may be so you have tie down points where you need on your load. The more rows the more universal the tarp. The 18oz being a heavier fabric will increase the weight of the tarp.
Curtain Sides (28 oz/Mesh)
We can build you a new curtain side or a replacement curtain side with or without hardware. We make mesh curtain sides for livestock so the air can get through and keep the trailer temperature lower during the summer.
Roll Tarps
We’ve built a variety of different roll tarps in the past. Send us some measurements or bring your old one down and we can build one the exact same, or we can add reinforcement or modify.
